Pre-session help:

-Upon booking, we will send you and your participants a thorough headshot tip sheet that helps answer questions about what to wear, which colours work best, etc. 

-We can also help with scheduling your team's session times by allowing them to choose a time that works best for them, and sending a friendly reminder the night before. 

 

What we need:

-To set up for headshots in your office we will need a 10'x15' empty space for our mobile studio. A meeting room or large office usually works fine. 

- Access 1hr prior to the first session time-slot will ensure that we are ready to go without delay.

 

How the headshot sessions play out:

- Typical headshot sessions run 15mins per participant, depending on the number of individuals and time allotted. With years of experience shooting headshots, we fully help coach and direct the posing and expressions to provide the best possible outcome for a modern headshot. 

- Participants are able to preview the images as the session progresses and can choose their final images to be retouched onsite immediately.  Alternatively, a gallery with all the images can be sent to you.

-Once the final images have been retouched, they are delivered via your personal online gallery where they can be easily shared and downloaded.
